Schonsheck, Inc. performed design-build services for additional classrooms and a new 3,100 SF common area. SI was able to construct the addition without impeding school operations. The Common Area was constructed adjacent to the existing gym (also constructed by SI during an earlier addition), enclosed, then openings were punched into the existing building. This process ensured student safety, school security, and continuous operation of the school. SI continues to be the design-builder of choice for the Lutheran High School Association of Greater Detroit.
